On May 24th, amidst the anticipation of dreadful weather, Taylor Made took the stage at Bonifest in our hometown of Edwardsville, IL! Hosted by St. Boniface Church, this local festival drew in a crowd of approximately 200 eager listeners, and even more to ride the rides and partake in the delicious food.
Despite the looming threat of rain, our spirits remained high as we prepared to deliver a memorable performance. Throughout the day, uncertainty lingered, casting doubt on whether we'd even have the chance to showcase our talents.
However, as fate would have it, the rain held off, allowing us to take the stage without a hitch. The energy was palpable as we launched into our set, channeling the spirit of Taylor Swift and captivating the audience with our renditions of her greatest hits.
From "Love Story" to "Shake It Off," each song resonated with the crowd, transporting them into Swift's world of love, heartbreak, and empowerment. Despite the initial concerns about the weather, we did not have to cut our set short, much to the delight of everyone in attendance, but especially all of us in Taylor Made!
As the sun began to set on Bonifest, there was a sense of camaraderie and joy in the air, fueled by the magic of music and community. For us, it was an honor to be a part of such a beloved local event and to share our passion for Taylor Swift's music with our hometown. 🫶
